The snow was too dry to make snowmen so my youngest was sad. But probably just as well since they have exams coming up! It sounds like your trip to Poland was great in any case!
Growing up between mountains of snow, I am a bit over used to snow. Thats why I have fled to a warmer piece of land. But snow around christmas is always charming, if enjoying watching it with a nice hot cup of chocolate milk from inside. =D Enjoy the season!
We just got our first dusting of snow since October too. I’m not usually much of a snow person but I’ve been dying to see what my Red Twig Dogwood looks like against the snow, silly huh?
I wish I had snow during my stay in Poland.
Any snowman?

Helene–I agree about the hot chocolate; just made a big batch with whipped cream!
YummyChunklet–I am with you on hoping for more snow before spring.
Louise–I use the red cuttings in a floral arrangement every Christmas, beautiful for winter!
