red wine

fresh thyme

Instructions
Heat oil in pan, then add shallots, mushrooms and a sprinkle of salt. Sautee until starting to caramelize.
Add red wine and thyne then cook until reduced. Taste, then adjust salt and pepper.
Cut burrata into 2 ounce portions. Top with mushroom sauce & serve immediately.
