I used shallot and chive flavor

or sliced smoked salmon, cut into 15 approx. 3/4 x 1.5 inch pieces

large dill sprig

Instructions
Thaw phyllo cups according to package directions.
Spoon a scant teaspoon of cheese into each cup (I found it was easier to roll into a ball, then flatten). Top with a folded piece of salmon.
Garnish with a mini-sprig of dill and 2-3 capers.
