Instructions
To make clove syrup bring water and sugar to a boil. Take off the heat, then add cloves and orange peel. Let steep until cool.
Mix Temparillo, brandy, clove syrup and juice in a large pitcher. Add a couple handfuls of ice, half of the fruit and one sprig of rosemary (optional). Stir to combine.
Divide the remaining fruit among 6 glasses, add a few ice cubes and place an orange slice on the rim. Top with wine and add a sprig of rosemary if using.
