To create your own spice blend, use 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1/8 teaspoon cloves, 1/8 teaspoon allspice, pinch nutmeg This will make about 2 cups after whipping and I figured a generous 1/4 cup serving size.
