Instructions
Mix together sugar, salt and cocoa.
Whisk in water and bring to a boil whisking to elimiate any lumps. Simmer about a minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Cool and store in refrigerator.

This makes about a pint. Serving size is 1 ounce (2 Tablespoons).
