chopped (can substitute peeled & diced celery root)

or turkey

V8 juice

small, red or green, chopped

diced tomatoes
2-15 ounce cans or 1 quart chopped peeled fresh or home canned

green beans
fresh or frozen

corn
15 ounce can or 2 cups fresh
Instructions
Heat oil in a large stockpot. Add onions and celery and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Add ground beef to pan and cook until browned.
Add tomatoes, juice, chopped cabbage & chopped carrots to stock pot. Bring to boil and simmer 1 hour
Add remaining ingredients (green beans, potato, corn) and cook for another ½ hour.
Serve hot.
