2Tablespoonsblack teaor 2-4 teabags (I have used English Breakfast and Darjeeling)
1quartboiling water
¼cupsugar or sweetener
2cupscold water
¼cuplemon juice
12ouncenon-alcoholic ginger beer(see note 2)
Instructions
Steep tea in boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain (or remove teabags), add sugar and stir to dissolve. Chill until cool.
Add remaining 2 cups water, lemon juice, and ginger beer.
Serve, adjusting sweetness if desired.

Notes
1) If you don't have a teapot, you can steep your tea in a saucepan. Just boil water in the saucepan, remove from heat, add tea and cover.2) If you don't have Ginger Beer you can steep a few slices of ginger with the tea and add 12 ounces additional water. You may need a couple Tablespoons of additional sugar then too.
