Peach Margarita
A tasty frozen peach margarita made with fresh or frozen peaches--how often does an alcoholic beverage have a serving of fruit!

peach
pitted (you do not need to peel it) plus a handful of ice cubes OR a handful of frozen peach slices (about 5 oz) and 1 T water
1 1/2
ounces
tequila
1/2
ounce
Triple Sec
or Cointreau or other orange flavored liqueur

lime
juiced

Tablespoon
sugar
or other sweetener, to taste
Instructions
Place ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Add additional water or ice if needed for good consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetener. Serve.

For a non-alcoholic peach margarita, you can substitute orange juice for the tequila and cointreau.
