1Tablespoonmaple syrup optional, or a few drops of stevia*
Instructions
Ideally, peel the rhubarb before chopping it.
Place ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Tamp down or stir as needed. If too thick to blend, you can add milk a Tablespoon at a time and re-blend.
